Help ASAP

I have 2 morgages on my house , my mother recently passed away and I discovered she had taken out 2 more morgages which included my property as well as hers without my knowledge . Part of the property she used is solely in my name , and my signature is on neither document. They are foreclosing on her property as well as mine even though that is morgage fraud. I was told I could like bankruptcy on first morgage but would have to pay second one. I want out of all of it and also want to be compensated for the deliberate fraud committed by the title company who knows my family personally and knew they were lying throughout both of the last morgages . They even put my parents on the last one and stated they were married . Which they have been divorced for years .
